Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a dynamic, student-centered, and forward-thinking Director of Health Services to provide visionary leadership for a highly utilized, complex campus health clinic serving a distinctive student population that includes aviation, flight, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) athletics. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, the Director serves as the University’s senior health leader, responsible for strategic direction, clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-campus integration of health services that support student success, operational readiness, and institutional risk management. The successful candidate will be a transformational leader who combines strong clinical judgment with operational acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and builds trusted partnerships across Student Affairs, Flight, Athletics, ROTC, Emergency Management, and community health systems. This is a full-time, twelve-month position.
