As the Director of GTM & Growth, you will architect the strategic integration of product positioning and revenue-generating programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full go-to-market lifecycle across our core segments: Institutional Investors, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Enterprise Accounts. You will oversee the Product Marketing and Growth functions, evolving them from manual campaign execution into a scalable, human-AI campaign ecosystem. You are a systems-builder who will design the automated workflows and "AI teammates" that drive predictable pipeline and global expansion. You will partner closely with Corporate Marketing for creative and Marketing Operations for the technical engine.
