Build the global onboarding engine that ramps every seller. We are hiring a GTM Onboarding & Enablement Director to architect and operate the onboarding engine for our global Revenue organization. This is not a high-level coordinator role. This is a full-stack enablement architect who will own ramp performance across North America, EMEA, and APAC — and build the systems, talent, and team required to scale a world-class global GTM enablement function. You will own the early ramp experience globally and flex into ongoing role-specific enablement as the business evolves. Your success will be measured by speed to productivity, competency progression, and time to revenue impact. We operate in lean, autonomous teams where impact matters more than job titles. If you have 5+ years of SaaS GTM enablement or sales experience and love experimenting with AI to scale learning, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS GTM enablement, onboarding, L&D, or sales
  • Full-stack enablement operator: facilitation, content creation, curriculum design, async learning
  • Experienced delivering training across distributed, multicultural teams
  • Strong working knowledge of modern sales methodologies (BANT, Challenger, etc.)
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to scale learning
  • Excellent project manager and stakeholder partner
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented
  • Clear, confident communicator across cultures and time zones
  • Proficient in Google Slides, Salesforce, Gong, Loom, Hockeystack, and modern enablement tools
  • Comfortable operating in a global, async-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Global Onboarding Engine: Run structured onboarding cohorts every two weeks for global GTM hires; Facilitate live sessions, breakout workshops, role plays, and product certifications; Deliver a consistent ramp framework across regions while adapting to local nuance; Ensure new hires are confident, competent, and revenue-ready quickly
  • Early Ramp Architecture: Build and refine role-based onboarding paths (AE, SDR, CSM); Design clear milestones and checkpoints tied to performance outcomes; Partner with regional enablement leads to ensure alignment and consistency; Continuously improve ramp velocity through data and feedback
  • Enablement Content & Curriculum: Create high-quality presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, async learning paths; Develop structured materials for discovery, qualification, storytelling, objection handling; Teach and reinforce methodologies such as BANT, Challenger, and First Meeting; Maintain content freshness as product, messaging, and GTM motion evolve
  • AI-Powered Learning Innovation: Create interactive simulations and reinforcement exercises; Experiment with AI tools to scale coaching and improve retention; Help sellers understand how to position and sell our platform and services effectively
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track onboarding KPIs: competency progression, time to first opportunity, time to first deal; Analyze cohort performance trends and identify ramp bottlenecks; Implement improvements that reduce time to productivity and increase win rates; Report insights and recommendations to GTM leadership
  • Ongoing GTM Enablement Support: Support CS enablement, SDR skill-building, AE deal execution programs; Flex into global initiatives as business priorities shift; Partner closely with regional teams to ensure cohesive enablement worldwide
