About The Position

At Revive MD, we’re a premium supplement brand entering an aggressive growth DTC stage, and we’re looking for a Director of Growth who can help us scale with strategy and intention, not shortcuts. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced digital marketer who knows how to grow a brand profitably while protecting its long-term equity. Beyond DTC, Revive can be found on Amazon and Wholesale (additional major retailers launching this year) while adding more channels, such as the practitioner channel. 2026 will be a banner year for the company and an exciting year to help shape the future of Revive. You’ll be responsible for building and running the full DTC growth engine across paid acquisition, lifecycle, CRO, analytics, and experimentation. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds. You understand content that converts and know how to get it produced efficiently, and in front of the right audiences.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or DTC marketing roles.
  • Experience scaling a consumer brand (preferably in supplements, wellness, beauty, or premium CPG, preference to luxury brands).
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition, lifecycle, CRO, and Shopify.
  • Comfortable with analytics and financial modeling (CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention, etc.).
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Planning & Forecasting
  • Build and manage our growth roadmap, revenue targets, and channel strategy.
  • Work closely with finance on forecasting, budgets, and CAC/LTV guardrails.
  • Identify the biggest levers each quarter—and build the team/process to execute against them.
  • Paid Acquisition
  • Oversee performance across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Work with creative to develop and test concepts that perform without cheapening the brand.
  • Manage pacing, efficiency, and overall MER targets.
  • CRO & Site Performance
  • Lead on-site optimization on Shopify (landing pages, PDP updates, subscription UX, etc.).
  • Build an ongoing testing program focused on improving CVR and subscription attach.
  • Partner with dev/UX to implement changes quickly and cleanly, without breaking the brand experience.
  • Lifecycle & Retention
  • Own email/SMS strategy, flows, segmentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop journeys that guide customers from first purchase to routine use and subscription.
  • Reduce early churn and strengthen long-term retention.
  • Analytics & Attribution
  • Build clear dashboards and reporting for leadership.
  • Own CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, channel performance, subscription metrics, and payback windows.
  • Maintain an attribution approach that is practical, not theoretical.
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage internal team members and agency partners.
  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and consistent testing.
  • Ensure the team moves quickly, learns fast, and shares insights across the organization.
