As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own and optimize some of our most important acquisition channels, manage a significant paid media budget, and lead bold experiments to unlock new growth opportunities. It’s the perfect opportunity for a seasoned digital marketer who wants a hands-on role optimizing proven channels and testing out new ones. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will craft and execute high-level digital marketing strategies that encompass SEM, paid social, ABM, and beyond. This role is unique – and uniquely impactful. Goody is a B2B SaaS company, yet our go-to-market and product have many similarities with consumer eCommerce. Our customer base is diverse, and the marketing outcomes you’ll drive can range from self-serve usage to multimillion-dollar sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a “Renaissance marketer,” at home with both data-driven decision making and bold creative that speaks to users. Although this is an individual contributor role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance, with additional leverage from our paid media and design agencies.
