About The Position

We are a fast-growing home improvement company seeking a senior leader to own the entire front-end revenue engine — lead generation, marketing performance, and call center execution. This is not a branding role. This is a numbers-driven leadership position for someone who understands how leads, phones, appointments, and revenue connect in a high-volume home improvement environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of lead generation experience in home improvement (required)
  • (bath, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing call centers and performance teams
  • Deep understanding of same-day / one-call close sales models
  • Strong data, accountability, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • All lead generation channels (digital, PPL, inbound, events, referrals)
  • Marketing performance, CPL, ROI, and budgets
  • Inbound and confirmation call center operations
  • Appointment quality, show rates, and conversion metrics
  • KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization
