About The Position

We are seeking a senior leader to drive growth and client strategy for Stripe Theory. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate as a true partner to the Managing Partner, taking ownership of critical initiatives, leading new business efforts, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision, business development acumen, and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our practice, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional strategic guidance. This role is for someone who wants to build something. We are looking for a leader who will assess our current capabilities, identify opportunities, and help chart the course for sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and winning new client relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Agency experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development efforts, from identifying opportunities through pitch and close
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and drive organic growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
  • Represent Stripe Theory at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key client accounts
  • Oversee the development of integrated strategies that leverage data, analytics, and communications
  • Ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and strategic value
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships
  • Partner with the Managing Partner on strategic planning and operational priorities
  • Help build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client outcomes
  • Take ownership of critical projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion
