As Director of Direct Growth, you’ll be the leader responsible for Farmers Property product sales through direct channels (call center and online). You will set the vision and turn strategy into outcomes while coordinating cross-functional execution to move the numbers that matter. You will lead a team working to drive the online sales strategy and lead nurturing and remarketing programs while partnering cross functionally with the call center, media, technology, data, analytics and product organizations to influence and drive outcomes. You will bring teams together aligning on clear strategy, priorities, and measurable results. The role reports to the Head of Direct Business. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, demonstrates critical-thinking skills and strategic problem-solving. They thrive in both collaborative & independent work environments, driving high impact projects focused on our continued path towards profitable growth for the direct channel.
