About The Position

The Director of Franchise Development is responsible for leading and executing the company’s franchise growth strategy. This role oversees franchise sales, territory expansion, lead generation, and market development initiatives. The Director ensures the recruitment of high-quality franchise partners who align with the brand’s culture, financial criteria, and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in franchise sales, development, or multi-unit expansion.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of franchise laws, FDD processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively and build relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Godfather’s Pizza Operational experience a plus.
