About The Position

The Director of FP&A will play a central role in building the financial systems and insights that enable Nclusion to scale into new markets responsibly and sustainably. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with a focus on understanding how our financial model works across diverse geographies, customer segments, and infrastructure realities. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by translating data into clarity—someone who can assess how market conditions, access barriers, and operational complexity shape our financial trajectory. You’ll support leadership with grounded financial guidance that helps Nclusion grow in a way that meets customers where they are while maintaining strong operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, particularly around synthesizing complex data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with evolving priorities.

  • Experience in high‑growth, mission‑driven, or international organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting – Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across the organization.
  • Performance Analysis – Deliver clear, actionable reporting on revenue, expenses, unit economics, and key business drivers.
  • Strategic Decision Support – Partner with leaders across Product, GTM, Community, and Operations to evaluate business initiatives, pricing, investments, and expansion opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling – Build and maintain robust models for scenario planning, market expansion, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.
  • Investor & Executive Reporting – Prepare financial insights, KPIs, and narratives for leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
