Job SummaryLead the game behind the game. As Director of Operations, you will drive operational excellence across all hospitality and premium service areas at The Athletic Club at Boise Stadium. You will oversee daily venue operations, financial performance, and team execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of senior-level operations management experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment venues
- Experience managing P&L statements and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial reporting tools
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all premium and club-level operations within the venue
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Lead staffing strategy including hiring, training, and workforce planning
- Partner with culinary, concessions, and event teams to execute high-level service delivery
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
