About The Position

Lead the action behind the scenes and shape unforgettable guest experiences. The Director of Operations will oversee venue-wide operations, driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence across all departments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, optimize processes, and elevate the overall guest and client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment venues
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple departments
  • Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and compliance regulations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily venue operations across departments
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Coordinate with culinary, guest services, and event teams
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop management staff
