About The Position

Strength United is a mission-driven nonprofit chartered under California State University, Northridge (CSUN), dedicated to supporting survivors of interpersonal violence across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. With a team of approximately 70 staff, we serve over 12,000 individuals annually through a comprehensive suite of programs including the Family Justice Center, Child Advocacy Center, Trauma Informed Center, and Rape Crisis Center. Recognized as a Best Place to Work in Southern California for two consecutive years, we are a values-driven organization committed to trauma-informed care, survivor empowerment, and building a sustainable future for our community. Mission: Transforming trauma and violence into empowerment, advancing systemic healing, and developing leaders for lasting change.
