About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the Company’s financial operations, including cash management, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. Ensure that all investments are additive to the Company’s return on capital employed; the required profit margins, which are necessary for an adequate return and future growth for the company, will be generated on a continuous basis. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the other executives to develop financial strategies that align with the Company’s goals. Analyze financial strengths and weakness to propose corrective actions. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the organization is protected against potential financial pitfalls. Develop risk mitigation strategies. The integrity of the Company is upheld through internal controls that allow accurate and relevant financial reporting and compliance with all financial oversight bodies Team Leadership: Manage and lead the finance team, including financial controllers and analysts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support professional development in the organization Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and strategies to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management. Prepare reports and presentations that clearly convey financial information. Requirements

  • Masters in Finance and Administration or Business with CPA or CMA certification
  • Public Accounting experience is an added advantage
  • 10+ years of experience in controlling, finance and accounting experience
