About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Finance & Administration to provide operational leadership and oversee the financial functions of multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, accounting, and property management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Several years of experience in accounting/finance , with a focus on real estate or property management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate accounting and financial reporting principles .
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel ; property management software experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis for multiple business divisions, including real estate, construction, property management, and renewable energy.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP .
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
• Monitor cash flow and provide timely financial performance reports .
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with input from operational teams.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and investments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and procedures .
