Overview This is a year-round position that requires on island living from April - October. Housing provided at $19.50/day. Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
• Ability to lead and direct a team
• Time management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
