About The Position

What You Will Do: Sell, close, and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals. Lead and develop the CS and SESM teams—think coach, mentor, motivator. Partner cross-functionally with F&B, Banquets, and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences. Manage forecasts, budgets, and market trends like a revenue rockstar. Ensure every detail is covered—from BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes. Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years in hotel catering & event services – Because excellence comes from experience. Team leadership background – You Will inspire and elevate a team to bring their A-game. Strong tech skills (Delphi.fdc/CI-TY & Microsoft Office) – So you can focus on people, not paperwork. Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage, ProfitSword a plus) – You Will own the numbers like a CFO-in-training. Excellent communicator – Clear, kind, and confident with clients and colleagues alike. Valid driver’s license & some travel flexibility – Because great business sometimes means hitting the road. Requirements
