Tri Delta is seeking a Director of Engagement, Meeting & Events to lead the planning and execution of nationwide collegiate and alumnae events as well as Board meetings and new chapter installations. This hands-on role will own the entire experience for each event from pre-planning and logistics to vendor relationships, contract negotiations and collaboration with key stakeholders, senior leadership, and staff. The ideal candidate will combine their skills as a great communicator with their deep experience negotiating hotel contracts for large events (attendance ranging from 400-800) along with their passion for member-based organizations The role is able to be remote (only within the US), but does require travel for both the preparation of events and the events themselves.
