About The Position

What You Will Do: Sell, close, and execute social and catering business to meet revenue goals. Lead and develop the CS and SESM teams—think coach, mentor, motivator. Partner cross-functionally with F&B, Banquets, and Sales to deliver seamless event experiences. Manage forecasts, budgets, and market trends like a revenue rockstar. Ensure every detail is covered—from BEOs to banquet standards to thank-you notes. Keep us ahead of the curve with continuous process improvements and client engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in hotel catering & event services
• Team leadership background
• Strong tech skills (Delphi.fdc/CI-TY & Microsoft Office)
• Forecasting and budget savvy (ProfitSage, ProfitSword a plus)
• Excellent communicator
• Valid driver’s license & some travel flexibility
