Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Estimating to lead our quotations team and drive growth in sales, market share, and company profitability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and competitive plumbing and HVAC quotations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive pricing and value propositions.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, quotation success rates, and market penetration metrics.
