Director of Employee Relations (ER) 📍Hybrid Role (Onsite/Remote) | Los Angeles or San Jose, California Reports To: The Director of Employee Relations will report to SPS In-House Employment Counsel or equivalent leadership. Position Overview The Director of Employee Relations is responsible for leading SPS’s Employee Relations strategy and execution across multiple states. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, provides expert guidance on workplace matters, and partners with leadership to foster a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment. This position requires expertise supporting both frontline/operational employees and corporate staff, along with experience leading a small team. This is a hybrid role , with the position based in either the Los Angeles or San Jose, CA area . Some in-office presence will be required based on business needs.
