Founded in 2020 by David Chang and the Momofuku team, Momofuku Goods carries forward the same principles that shaped our restaurants—challenging conventions and making the unfamiliar familiar. We believe in the power of food to bring people together and create more confidence, joy, and connection in the kitchen. The Momofuku Goods Director of eCommerce owns the full digital P&L across DTC, Amazon, marketplaces, and retailer.com presence. This leader sets the commercial strategy, investment priorities, and performance frameworks that drive profitable growth across digital channels. They define how Momofuku shows up online — across pricing, promotions, merchandising architecture, lifecycle, and marketplace economics — while building and leading a high-performing team to execute against that strategy. This is a strategic, commercially accountable role with strong operator fluency. While execution is led by Senior Managers, the Director is comfortable diving into platform detail when necessary to unblock issues, pressure-test assumptions, and accelerate growth.
