About The Position

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Director of Digital Growth position. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience in dental sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related software tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through structured processes and digital optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, growth strategy, and ongoing optimization of the IOS/Digital Placement Program.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital revenue plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and present insights to leadership.
  • Build and maintain a scalable sales enablement framework, including training, materials, processes, and tools.
  • Own the full sales funnel—from lead generation to conversion—and implement strategies to improve pipeline performance and close rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment, clarity of messaging, and operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for key vendor and technology partners.
  • Work with partners to coordinate campaigns, co-marketing, incentives, and product alignment.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, content, and lead-generation strategies that support the growth of the IOS/Digital Placement Program.
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent communication across all channels.
  • Develop SOPs and scalable processes for program implementation and expansion.
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities and channels to drive incremental revenue.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to inform product/program enhancements.
  • All other tasks as assigned.
