Supervised by the Divisional Director of Shared Ministries and the Director of County Operations, he/she will provide leadership for day-to-day operations and management of the Region development department, special projects and fundraising programs. This position will build and develop effective working relationships between the development team and other departments within the organization. Working with the Director of Advancement, the Region Director of Development will manage a portfolio of top prospects and major donors while developing long-term productive relationships to maximize support for The Salvation Army.
