About The Position
Fidelity Stock Transfer within Fidelity Labs is looking for a Director of Design to lead the visual design, user research, and content design in the next phase of our growth. We are Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Investments' in-house fintech incubator with a mission to build new businesses to drive growth for Fidelity. We seek to shape the future of our industry by building new products and services to improve the lives of the diverse set of customers, businesses and financial institutions we serve. Requirements
- Deep expertise in visual design, user research, and content design
- Experience creating and driving towards top level business KPIs
- People management skills with a strong interest in coaching and growing your teams' career vitality
- Desire and ability to be both a highly functioning individual contributor and people manager
- Highly empathic to users, your business partners, and the business objectives
- Ability to be a strategic thinker and low ego and willing to do what's best for the business each day
- 10+ years of successful experience building lovable, lasting products
- Embraces flexibility when business and product pivots occur
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Financial Services and a student of the markets
- Technical acumen highly desired
