ARMRA is seeking a Design Director, Digital, to lead the visual execution and creative direction across our digital ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for designing high-impact digital experiences while overseeing the broader digital design function. The Design Director will focus heavily on email design, while also providing creative direction and oversight across web, digital retail (Amazon, Target, etc.), and performance marketing creative. This role will guide and mentor designers across these channels to ensure brand consistency, design excellence, and high-performing creative across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply collaborative, and is passionate about building systems and processes that elevate creative output across teams.
