About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of a data-first product portfolio, focusing on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage. You will define and implement a 12-month data roadmap, integrating AI-driven capabilities and predictive analytics to enhance customer outcomes. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will influence both internal and external stakeholders while staying ahead of emerging AI/ML trends. This position requires a combination of technical fluency, strategic vision, and business acumen, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable impact in B2B technology markets. The role also involves representing the organization as a thought leader in data intelligence and AI applications, shaping the future of the company’s data offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in data, AI/ML, or analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading data-first product portfolios from vision to scaled delivery.
  • Experience with or in companies similar to ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Demandbase preferred.
  • Strong technical fluency in data architecture, model lifecycle management, and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised/unsupervised learning, feature selection, and LLM integration.
  • Knowledge of B2B revenue intelligence ecosystems, including lead scoring, segmentation, and predictive sales motion.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge executives, data scientists, and commercial teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science (advanced degree preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a rolling 12-month data roadmap, focusing on AI-first strategies for data acquisition, quality, and delivery through APIs and other endpoints.
  • Transform raw global and third-party data into predictive, explainable, and revenue-generating insights.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on product roadmap alignment, progress updates, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to articulate the value of data-driven insights for sales enablement.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven product opportunities, including automated tech-stack detection, predictive modeling, and intent topic extraction.
  • Represent the organization externally as a thought leader in data intelligence and applied AI for B2B technology markets.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML trends and assess their commercial relevance for product innovation.
