About the Role & Team The Disney Corporate Brand team is looking for a Director, Data Product Management to own and evolve our unified view of enterprise consumer data. This role is pivotal in ensuring our data products and technical architecture are best-in-class to drive robust analytics, personalization, and marketing activation, including ongoing optimization & evolution of data collection and management for future transformation and development. What You Will Do As a key leader within the team, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for managing our unified enterprise consumer data technical architecture and a strategic suite of related data products. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Disney – including Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and Business teams – empowering them to leverage trusted, high-quality data to drive business decisions, marketing activation, and enhance user experiences across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of translating business needs into actionable data architecture and product roadmaps while balancing scalability, performance, and privacy compliance.
