About The Position

MAXIMUS GLOBAL SERVICES is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of a data-driven compliance strategy that ensures regulatory adherence, operational transparency, and organizational integrity. This role will oversee the enterprise-wide implementation of AVTECH Corp software, optimize compliance frameworks, and leverage advanced analytics to mitigate risk and drive performance. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position offers autonomy across all business units and requires a strategic leader with strong technical and operational expertise.

Requirements

• 15+Years of data-driven operations.
• Proven experience with enterprise software implementation and API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages (Python, SQL).
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (DOT, TSA, CBP, ISO standards).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• AVTECH Optimization: Lead full implementation and utilization of AVTECH software across all departments.
• Compliance Frameworks: Design and enforce policies, SOPs, and standards including ISO9001-2015 and other relevant certifications.
• Regulatory Oversight: Manage and report on DOT compliance, TSA and CBP audits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Develop API-level dashboards, predictive models, and anomaly detection systems for compliance risk and Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting and internal audit readiness.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to align compliance initiatives.
• Training & Engagement: Deliver compliance training programs and maintain high engagement across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Integrate data science techniques to enhance compliance intelligence and operational efficiency.
