Your Role at SafelyYou The Director of Customer Sales & Marketing oversees customer sales and marketing success for current customers. The main responsibilities of this customer-facing role involve identifying and prioritizing target accounts, building customer relationships, training to enable customers to sell SafelyYou solutions and encourage opt-ins, creating and executing customer marketing campaigns, measuring impact on customer and expansion business objectives, and collecting customer success stories. As Director of Customer Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering partnerships with key customers to drive SafelyYou revenue growth and build local awareness.
