About The Position

The Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for the end to end customer journey within the marketing team. Managing a team of demand generation managers, customer marketers, and external contractors, this role is the primary campaign owner at GBG, running global cross-sell, retention, and new business campaigns, as well as supporting regional field activations.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive results from multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, especially from an enterprise target audience
  • Experience managing adoption, cross-sell, and retention marketing to an existing global customer base
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar technologies
  • Ability to ideate new campaign plans, bring creativity into the organization, and gather alignment from stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth from GBG’s core audience segments, including both existing customers and new business
  • Lead a team of demand generation managers and customer marketers, as well as external agency and contractor support
  • Optimize performance from key campaign touchpoints, including email database marketing, webinars, and other channels
  • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer teams to drive adoption of GBG solutions
  • Measure KPIs and performance to pipeline, revenue, and campaign goals, as well as ROI from marketing activities
