This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Mobile Crisis Response, providing care to consumers involved in Mobile Crisis Response, and on the Crisis Receiving Stabilization Services (CRSS) unit. This includes development, implementation and oversight of program and service expansion. Additionally, this position will deliver appropriate mental health assessment, treatment planning and intervention for clients who are impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment which has resulted in a DSM-V-TR diagnosis and are targeted for mental health services by the Division of Mental Health. This position operates under minimal supervision but must be willing to solicit professional assistance in areas of responsibility from outside sources, as necessary. A person in this position must exercise tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. Work is very broad in scope, requiring the application of complex and technical practices and procedures and a high level of professionalism.
