Director of Content Marketing & Creative We’re hiring a Director of Content Marketing & Creative to build and scale the content and creative engine that brings CreatorIQ’s brand to life across the full customer journey. This role shapes how CreatorIQ shows up organically—through content, creative, and our podcast, blog, and social channels—and transforms meaningful brand storytelling into a measurable driver of awareness, discovery, and consideration with a multi-stakeholder enterprise audience. If you follow what today’s smartest marketers are building, have strong POVs on what actually works, and are always thinking about the next format, platform, or creator-led moment worth testing, this role is for you. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with people management and broad cross-functional partnership. You’ll lead a new centralized Content and Creative team, nurturing a high-performing group of brand marketers, and collaborate closely with Communications, Thought Leadership, Revenue and Demand Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and agency partners to deliver thoughtful, high-quality, and distinctive brand assets that scales with the business.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, creative, or a related field.
  • Experience managing and developing people across content and creative roles.
  • Strong creative judgment, with the ability to evaluate and approve work across formats and channels.
  • Proven experience building scalable content or creative systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Experience owning and scaling brand channels such as podcasts, blogs, and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO-adjacent, GEO, and LLM visibility strategies as they relate to content and brand presence.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Demand, Product Marketing, Communications, Field Marketing, Sales, and external agencies.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to connect brand and content efforts to business outcomes (we use Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hockeystack, to name a few).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive leadership style.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools in content and creative workflows, including building repeatable systems (bonus points if you have experience with Asana).

Responsibilities

  • Own CreatorIQ’s brand-led content strategy and core organic channels (podcast, blog, social, and our growing creator community), ensuring our brand content resonates with multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups, building trust and relevance across long consideration cycles without sacrificing creativity or distinctiveness.
  • Explore new formats, mediums, and distribution approaches, learning quickly from what resonates and building clear playbooks that turn strong experiments into sustainable, scalable programs.
  • Build a content engine that connects brand narrative to real business outcomes—strengthening GEO and LLM visibility, supporting demand generation, and influencing pipeline through trust-building and insight-driven content.
  • Create systems that prioritize reuse and optimization, unlocking the full value of CreatorIQ’s rich content library—including podcast episodes, research, and long-form assets—while ensuring both new and existing content is shared purposefully and effectively.
  • Lead creative strategy and content planning for flagship campaigns, reports, events, and industry moments, maintaining a high bar for quality, cohesion, and brand differentiation—knowing enterprise B2B marketing should still be smart, modern, and fun.
  • Own voice, tone, and brand guidelines, and establish inclusive, clear review processes that enable teams and partners to consistently deliver on-brand, high-impact work.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to tell CreatorIQ’s most important stories, work alongside customers and partners on co-marketing efforts, and align with Demand, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Field Marketing to ensure narratives resonate and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Build, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary content and creative team, fostering an environment where people can grow, do their best work, and feel ownership over their impact—while also guiding agency and contractor partners to deliver exceptional results
