About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses 15 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform Federal Contracting compliance for clients across the United States. The successful candidate will also be CERTIFICATION/LICENSE TYPE} certified. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.

Requirements

• 15 years of related experience (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Nice To Haves

• Past experience Leading a Federal Contracting Group (PREFERRED)
• Experience with Contracting Officer Warrants (PREFERRED)
• Mn. Level II Certified Contracting Officer in past (PREFERRED)
