About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is a premier concierge, private-pay home care company known for delivering exceptional, personalized care in our clients’ homes. We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead our Compliance Department and ensure excellence, integrity, and regulatory compliance across our growing organization. This leadership role oversees the Corporate Compliance Program and supports teams across NY, NJ, CT, and upcoming offices in MA and FL. The position is based in Manhattan. This is a full-time, in-office position with a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience.

Requirements

  • NYS licensed healthcare professional or Bachelor’s degree with relevant healthcare experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relevant healthcare/home care compliance preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in home health, community health, or compliance
  • 4+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with relevant healthcare/home care compliance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the Corporate Compliance Program across multiple states
  • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and staff competencies
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments; develop corrective action plans
  • Oversee infection control, OSHA compliance, privacy, and workplace safety initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a team of Compliance Specialists
  • Partner with executive leadership to promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and quality
  • Other duties assigned
