We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead our enterprise-wide compliance and compliance risk management program. This role is responsible for ensuring the credit union’s policies, procedures, and operations comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, while aligning with Arize’s Risk Appetite Statement. The Director of Compliance serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, oversees the compliance function, and plays a critical role in protecting the organization from regulatory, operational, and reputational risk.
