SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Director of Family Support Services, the Director of Community Habilitation oversees all operational, administrative, and programmatic components of the Community Habilitation program. The Director ensures individuals receive high-quality, person-driven services in their homes and communities that promote empowerment, independence, and meaningful life outcomes. This role provides leadership and supervision to Community Habilitation Specialists, ensures compliance with all OPWDD regulations, supports program development, growth, and quality improvement, and provides continuous improvement efforts aligned with ADAPT’s mission.
