Director of Commercial Sales B2B Sales & Project Management – Commercial Construction / Facilities TES Staffing, in partnership with a New York–based commercial flooring company, is seeking a hands-on sales leader who will also own a personal book of business. This role combines active selling, team leadership, and project ownership, and is ideal for someone who thrives on execution and accountability. This individual will coach and lead a sales team of approximately five people, bringing structure, consistency, and clear expectations, while leading by example through their own sales activity. The Director of Commercial Sales will spend the majority of their time actively selling, while also developing the team and reinforcing strong sales fundamentals. Sales leaders and salespeople alike serve as project managers on the jobs they sell, maintaining accountability from contract close through completion.
