VP Racing is seeking a high-impact Director of Commercial Sales to lead and accelerate our commercial sales organization at our Global Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. This is a fully on-site role and a deliberate succession opportunity - designed for an exceptional sales leader with the drive and acumen to step into the VP of Global Sales Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries significant strategic weight. You'll own the full commercial engine - building and developing the sales team, identifying and pursuing large enterprise accounts, and leading opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and close. You'll cultivate relationships at the C-suite level, deliver compelling proposals and business cases to senior decision-makers, and drive accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting through Salesforce. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Consumer Product, and Operations, you'll ensure the organization stays aligned on customer needs while keeping a sharp eye on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Beyond hitting aggressive revenue targets, this role is about building something lasting. You'll partner with senior leadership on long-term commercial strategy, mentor junior sales staff, and actively contribute to succession planning - demonstrating the executive readiness that makes this a genuine pathway to the VP of Global Sales role.
