About The Position
Southeastern Louisiana University's College of Business invites applications for the position of Director of College of Business Graduate Programs and Growth Initiatives. This position is responsible for the academic leadership of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and Post-baccalaureate Certificates. Including overseeing the program's budget, admissions, curriculum, and daily operations. This position also supports College growth initiatives through building industry partnership and building programs to support those initiatives and partnerships.
Requirements
- Doctorate in a business-related field from an AACSB-accredited institution
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching
- Record of scholarly research and/or applied business practice
- An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
