Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Bachelor’s required)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience , delivering ABA services to diverse clients
  • 2+ years of supervision experience , including staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for building a team culture where people feel supported, inspired, and at home

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with business management or P&L oversight is a plus
  • Bilingual skills (if required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of clinical staff, including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training.
  • Provide BCBA supervision, case consultation, and support program development.
  • Ensure high-quality, individualized ABA services for every client with minimal cancellations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth, streamline operations, and meet key metrics.
  • Foster a supportive, positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
  • Uphold compliance, HIPAA standards, and ethical practices, serving as a model for your team.
