About The Position

RiseWell Community Services is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as our Clinical Director. This leadership role oversees a few of our impactful clinical programs including Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), CORE program and Children and Family Treatment & Support Services (CFTSS) . This individual will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal integrity, and high-quality service delivery for individuals with clinical needs, including those diagnosed with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, cooccurring disorders, and more. The Clinical Director provides direct supervision to Program Managers, oversees documentation and billing, ensures adherence to OMH standards of care, leads program evaluation and reporting efforts, and maintains a recovery-oriented, safe, and compliant service environment. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting, including three years of supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • At least five years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting
  • Three years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and regulatory knowledge
