Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and mission‑driven Director of Clinic Operations to oversee clinical operations across both fixed and mobile service sites. This leader ensures the delivery of high‑quality, compassionate, and cost‑effective care to underserved populations. The Director drives operational excellence, oversees program budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners closely with Clinical Directors to advance integrated care while upholding the Mercy philosophy. In this essential leadership role, you will: Direct daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, and service delivery. Lead the Operations Team, providing coaching, support, supervision, and performance management. Oversee program planning, implementation, and communication across operational departments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including grant and contractual requirements. Monitor operational outcomes, financial performance, and KPIs to drive process improvements. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong communication and customer service standards. Support initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency, team engagement, and patient experience. Represent Mercy Care in the community with professionalism and a commitment to service.
