About The Position

The Director of Clinical Services at KidsChoice Therapy is responsible for the clinical quality, leadership development, and operational excellence of our multi-site ABA therapy programs. This role directly oversees the Clinical Directors and BCBAs at each KidsChoice location and plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance, and driving the professional growth of our clinical teams. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical teams across multiple sites or programs.
  • Strong understanding of ABA best practices, ethical guidelines, and clinical documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management for Clinical Directors across seven clinic locations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of clinical standards and protocols across all sites.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations and Director of Clinic Administration to align clinic operations and clinical workflows.
  • Monitor the fidelity and effectiveness of behavior analytic services across all clinics.
  • Implement and maintain clinical quality assurance systems, including client outcomes tracking, audit readiness, and peer review processes.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
  • Lead investigations and provide guidance in response to clinical incidents or ethical concerns.
  • Identify professional development needs and coordinate continuing education, mentorship, and training for Clinical Directors and BCBA teams.
  • Participate in the internal BCBA pipeline development, including Behavior Analyst interns and RBT advancement pathways.
  • Promote collaboration across disciplines (OT, Speech) and ensure clinical directors are fostering an interdisciplinary treatment model.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support growth, expansion, and change management initiatives.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Clinical Directors and contribute to succession planning across the clinical leadership team.
  • Represent the clinical team during payer audits, school district partnerships, or when presenting to external stakeholders as needed.
