We are seeking an experienced and committed Director of Clinic Operations and Advocacy to join our dynamic and innovative organization. This Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Project Harmony’s mental health clinic operations and family advocacy services. This position ensures the delivery of efficient, high-quality, and trauma-informed services that meet the needs of children and families impacted by abuse, trauma, and mental health challenges. This role directly oversees the Clinic Operations Manager and the Mental Health Family Advocate Program Manager, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure cohesive operations across the department. The Director is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing client access to care, ensuring operational excellence, and advancing collaboration between clinical and advocacy teams. Working closely with the Vice President of Clinical Services, the Director of Clinical Services, and other Project Harmony leaders, this role contributes to departmental strategy, resource management, and system improvement to ensure that services are family-centered, equitable, and sustainable.
