About The Position
At Luminize , we help brands win, and as one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, we’re looking for top performers to grow with us. We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re looking for a Director of Client Services, eCommerce to lead our Brand Management, Content, and Advertising departments. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Amazon services, strong people management skills, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction, including: Department Oversight, Team Leadership, Operational Efficiency, People Management, Strategic Initiatives, Training and Development
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Amazon services , particularly in Brand Management, Content, and Advertising roles
- Advanced understanding of Amazon’s platform , tools, and strategies
- Proven leadership experience , including managing multiple departments or large teams
- Excellent client relationship management skills , with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business , or related field (or equivalent experience)
