Director of Client Partnerships-Learn Business Development-Remote Amplity is seeking to add to our talented team of business development professionals, a Director of Client Partnerships in our growing Learn (Learning and Development) business unit. This role is primarily responsible for finding, developing, and winning new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical medical and commercial market for our learning solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and creating solutions to meet client’s needs. Previous pharmaceutical training and development experience a plus and a proven record of accomplishment of sales success in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/ Medical/Life Sciences industry. The Director of Client Partnerships-Learn will use their business development background and experience to gain access to key decision makers and influencers in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Life Sciences Learning Solutions segment. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing a territory plan and specific account plans to expand Amplity Learning Solutions relationships with industry contacts leading to an expanded footprint and increase sales. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach toward the new business development efforts, gaining a deeper understanding of our prospective client's development skills and learning solutions needs. The Learn Director of New Client Partnerships will proactively develop customized strategies to address learning solutions for opportunities; market, consult and close business; interface with client as needed during the implementation phase and follow-up with client on final execution/delivery. Residence in the Central or Eastern US locations preferred. Consideration may be given to all candidates with strong business development, learning, pharmaceutical and biotech accounts in the U.S. This is a remote based role.
