Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales & Catering to lead all sales, group, and catering efforts for our boutique hotel. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue while preserving the hotel’s unique identity, service culture, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in relationship-based selling, creative market positioning, and collaborative leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in hotels, preferably boutique or lifestyle properties.
• Proven success driving group, catering, and total revenue.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working closely with revenue management and operations teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive group, and catering revenue.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted room, catering, and total revenue goals..
• Collaborate with the GM and revenue management on forecasting, pace, and strategy.
• Lead all group and catering sales efforts, including weddings, social events, corporate meetings, and buyouts.
• Oversee proposal development, contract negotiation, and event conversion.
• Partner closely with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure event profitability while maintaining brand standards and service excellence.
