About The Position

The Director of Business Systems owns, integrates, and evolves Enterprise Electrical’s software ecosystem with a clear mandate to connect systems, enable data visibility, and deploy AI-driven capabilities that translate strategic vision into real, working solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in systems integration, business systems management, or digital transformation, along with proven success implementing AI tools and workflow automation in a business environment. A construction background is helpful but not required. What matters most is a builder mindset, strong execution ability, and the drive to deliver measurable results quickly.
