Overview of Position: Responsible for implementations of new application software and other technology solutions for transit locations throughout the US and managing the application support team and Mobi support group. This position will oversee SOP development and training of industry specific Transdev managed applications including Ecolane, Passio, Peak Transit, Rideco, Spare, Trapeze, VDS/Mobi. Works with the VP of Operational Performance to provide onsite and remote operational support and direction for both existing and new startup locations. Advises our operations personnel and management on how to use software, how to change business processes and ultimately how to maximize the value of our application systems and associated investments. Takes “ownership” in continuous improvement and on-going efforts to ensure departmental staff are proficient at implementing, supporting, and training the various application systems the department supports. Recommend changes to the global product and roll-out planning for new versions.
